• Use of your Baby & Toddler Medi Kit should not replace consultation with your doctor. When in doubt, rather take your child to the doctor. Your Baby & Toddler  Medi Kit must be kept out of reach of children at all times.
• Ensure that all medicines are clearly marked.
• You must check the expiration dates on all medication and or content before use or administration.
• Please discard any medicines that have passed their expiration date. The only safe way to discard of medicine is to hand it in at your nearest pharmacy.
• You must read the instructions on the labels/bottle/tube/sachet/packaging/contents before use and if you are unsure about any of the content (including dosages), please contact your Doctor / Paediatrician. Dosages are normally dependent on the weight of the baby/toddler.
• Ensure all bottles/tubes (especially the Mercurochrome if present) is properly sealed/closed to avoid any leakage or spillage. 
• Ensure the Baby & Toddler Medi Kit and its contents are kept in a cool and dry place.
